Letting a furnished tourist rental, fully compliant
Short-term letting is regulated, notably since the French law of 19 November 2024 (“Le Meur law”). We secure every step for you:
- Tourist-rental declaration and registration number displayed on every listing.
- Main residence: letting capped at 120 nights a year, which the municipality may lower to 90.
- Second home in Strasbourg: change-of-use authorisation required from the City.
- Energy performance certificate and co-ownership rules checked before letting.
- Tourist tax collected and remitted, star classification for more favourable taxation.
