FAQ

FAQ · Investment buildings

What is a property portfolio (ensemble immobilier)?

It is a group of buildings or units sold together: an entire residence, a mixed-use building, a portfolio of homes or commercial assets. It allows investing in a single transaction with centralised management.

What yield can I expect from an investment building in Grand Est?

Yield depends on the city, building condition and occupancy: it is generally higher in mid-sized towns in Lorraine and Meuse than in Strasbourg, where capital appreciation prevails. Each file includes a detailed rent-roll analysis.

Do you offer block buildings off-market?

Yes. Many of the investment buildings and portfolios we handle are offered confidentially to qualified investors, family offices and property companies. Register to receive them.

Which documents should be reviewed before buying a building?

Rent roll and leases, charges and property tax, diagnostics, technical condition (roof, façades, networks), energy compliance under the Climate and Resilience law, and value-add potential.

Can you manage the building after acquisition?

We coordinate letting, works and, for furnished or holiday units, full management by our concierge service led by Alexandre Emmelin.
