What is the difference between commercial walls and business goodwill?
The walls are the premises themselves (the real estate); goodwill covers the clientele, brand and lease rights. You can buy one without the other.
Is investing in commercial walls profitable?
Leased commercial walls often yield more than residential, with a 9-year commercial lease and largely recoverable charges. Location and tenant quality remain decisive.
Do you offer business premises and warehouses?
Yes, for sale and rent: mixed office-workshop premises, warehouses and logistics buildings around Strasbourg (Reichstett, Hoerdt, Erstein) and in Grand Est.
What fees apply to retail premises?
For a sale: 10% excl. VAT (12% incl. VAT); for goodwill or a lease assignment: 8% excl. VAT (9.6% incl. VAT), unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate, per our published schedule.
Can you value my retail premises?
Yes. We analyse location, footfall, current lease, rent and yield to determine a realistic value, both for sale and rental value.
