For a residential property above €400,001, our fees are 5% incl. VAT of the sale price, according to the schedule published on this page.
What are the fees for land or parking?
Land: 10% of the sale price. Parking or garage: flat fee of €1,600. Details are in the table above.
How much does a written valuation cost?
A valuation report starts from €180 incl. VAT (written commercial valuation without mandate: €150 excl. VAT, i.e. €180 incl. VAT). A first indicative estimate can be requested via our valuation form.
What are the fees for commercial real estate?
Sale of professional premises: 10% excl. VAT (12% incl. VAT) of the price; business goodwill and lease assignment: 8% excl. VAT. Rental: 8% excl. VAT (9.6% incl. VAT) of three years’ rent, short-term lease: 10% excl. VAT.
Who pays the agency fees?
