How do I rent a prestige apartment in Strasbourg?
Browse our listings or send us your criteria (district, size, move-in date, budget). We select matching properties, arrange viewings and prepare your tenant file.
Which documents are needed to rent a high-end property?
ID, proof of income and employment, latest tax notice and, if applicable, a bank guarantee or guarantor. For expatriates, we adapt the file.
Do you offer professional premises for rent?
Yes: offices, retail and business premises in Alsace and the Grand Est region, for example our 873 m² business premises in Reichstett. Fees follow our schedule (8% excl. VAT of three years’ rent).
Do you handle letting for owners?
Yes: rent valuation, presentation, rigorous tenant selection, lease drafting and inventory. For furnished or seasonal rentals, our concierge service takes over.
Do you assist relocating executives and European institutions?
Yes, we assist executives, diplomats and staff of Strasbourg’s European institutions in their search for high-end housing, in French, English or German.
