Do you operate throughout the Grand Est region and France?
Yes. Beyond Alsace, we support sellers and buyers throughout Grand Est (Moselle, Metz, Nancy, Meuse, Reims, Vosges) and everywhere in France for châteaux, exceptional estates, villas and property portfolios, as well as in Switzerland and Germany thanks to our international clientele.

What types of exceptional properties do you offer?
Châteaux and exceptional estates, villas with pools, mansions, prestige apartments, property portfolios and investment buildings, hotels, offices and retail premises. Many of our opportunities are confidential and reserved for clients registered for off-market access.
Do you also offer a high-end concierge service?
Yes. Led by Alexandre Emmelin, who has run an international private concierge service since 2022, we manage holiday rentals and second homes: guest welcome, cleaning, linen, maintenance, revenue optimisation and bespoke services in Alsace and Grand Est.
How much does a prestige property valuation cost?
The valuation is free as part of a sale entrusted to the agency. A written valuation without mandate is available from €180 incl. VAT, in line with our fee schedule published online.
