YOUR ROLE
- Prospect and build a portfolio of high-end properties in your area: Cannes, Californie, Croisette, Mougins, Le Cannet, Super-Cannes, Théoule-sur-Mer
- Win quality sales mandates (ideally exclusive)Belle Époque villas, sea-view penthouses, Mougins estates, luxury seasonal rentals
- Carry out well-argued valuations and advise sellers and buyers
- Organise private viewings for a demanding French and international clientele
- Negotiate and follow transactions through to signing at the notary
- Identify off-market opportunities and holiday-rental concierge needs
- Embody the MANGOLD REAL ESTATE imagediscretion, excellence and service
YOUR PROFILE
- Successful experience in real estate, luxury retail, high-end hospitality or private banking
- Strong knowledge of the Cannes market and an active network
- Polished presentation, interpersonal ease, negotiation skills and discretion
- Autonomy, rigour and an entrepreneurial mindset
- English and/or German appreciated
- Driving licence and vehicle
STATUS AND CONDITIONS
- Independent sales agent contract (registration with the RSAC, micro-enterprise or company)
- Authorisation certificate issued by the agency holding the professional card (Hoguet law)
- Mandatory professional liability insurance
- Freedom to organise your schedule and territory
